Singers/Actors! You cannot cast (but you do greatly assist) the show, that is the job of your colleagues (and colleague is a beneficial perspective to endorse - you are working together; there is equality that most actor/singers do not recognize, and that truly does not make sense!) who comprise “the panel”. You research, prepare, bring, do your optimal best (not perfection), and give. Yes, you need "to get" a job - that is you but the actor/singer you is there to give. Know who you are giving, what you are giving, how you are giving, and why you are giving — let them figure out what dressing room you’ll be in. Enjoy!
