BCRCRB!
Singers! Here are six quick tools, and reminders while in the moment of an audition, performance, or practice for optimal singing success. Of course, you must consider and fully utilize your acting and story-telling, but for great singing technique it is important to administer: Breath, Cord Connection, Resonance, Cord Connection, Resonance, and Breath! Breath comes into the body, is supported by the diaphragm and controlled with the area two inches or so below the navel, cords must adduct and stay connected, and fully exploit resonance and brilliance, then maintain cord connection, continue to resonate and promote more "ripple" of your sound, and maintain these through a low and slow breath line. Enjoy!
